BTS has been nominated in three categories at the American Music Awards, including the top honor “Artist of the Year”, reaffirming its global influence.

Having made history as the first Korean act to win the award in 2021, attention is now focused on whether BTS can secure a second victory.

The group is also nominated for “Best Male K-Pop Artist” and “Song of the Summer”, with their latest track “SWIM” earning strong global traction shortly after release.

This recognition follows their recent chart success, as “ARIRANG” and “SWIM” topped both the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100.

The awards ceremony will take place on May 25 in Las Vegas, drawing attention to BTS’s potential for further wins.
