The K-Pop Demon Hunters (K-Demon Hunters) OST album climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after debuting at No. 8 in its first week and spending seven weeks at No. 2.

Its lead track Golden has held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for four consecutive weeks and also topped the UK Official Singles Chart for six weeks, dominating both major markets.

Billboard noted that “this marks the first time an OST album has reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 since Encanto in 2022, three years ago.”

Sing-along screenings and the re-release of a deluxe version boosted the album’s rise, with an LP release also scheduled for October.

Meanwhile, K-Demon Hunters has surpassed Squid Game Season 1 to become the most-watched Netflix title of all time.
