"Night Fishing," the debut film from Son Suk-ku's production company Stanum, won both the Grand Prix and Silver at the Cannes Lions in the Entertainment category.

The film is a humanistic thriller uniquely told entirely through car camera perspectives.

Director Moon Byung-gon, who previously won the Palme d’Or for short film at Cannes in 2013, has now become the only Korean director to win both at the Cannes Film Festival and the Cannes Lions.

The film has swept over 20 awards globally, including at the Clio Awards and AdFest.

Stanum is now preparing for a global release of its Korean-American joint project Bedford Park in 2026.
