Starring Kang Ha-neul and Yoo Hae-jin, the crime action film Yadang soared to the top of the box office on its opening day.

The film attracted 85,661 viewers on April 16 alone, reaching a cumulative audience of 104,502.

Despite its R-rating, Yadang recorded strong ticket sales and ranked No. 1 in advance bookings, signaling a box office hit.

The story follows a drug broker, a prosecutor, and a detective—each driven by different goals—as they become entangled in a high-stakes criminal web.

Kang Ha-neul plays the broker “Yadang,” Yoo Hae-jin the prosecutor, Park Hae-joon the detective, with Ryu Kyung-soo adding intensity to the film as the villain.
